iOS App Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 22, 2026
This iOS App Privacy Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and describes how the Good Dopamine iOS application handles your data.
Screen Time API
Good Dopamine uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls APIs to help you block distracting apps, view usage trends, and receive gentle interventions. Screen time data is accessed only with your explicit permission through iOS authorization flows.
On-Device Processing
Activity logs, baseline check-ins, pinned favorites, and blocking preferences are stored primarily on your device. We design the App so your wellness data stays under your control.
Account Requirements
Good Dopamine does not require an account to use core features. If optional account or sync features are introduced in the future, we will update this policy and request consent before collecting additional data.
Health and Wellness Focus
The App supports healthy digital habits through restorative activities, educational content, and screen time awareness. It is not a medical device and does not provide clinical advice.
Data Linked to You
Depending on features enabled, data may include app usage categories, self-reported mood or baseline scores, and custom activity selections. You can reset or delete this data from within the App or by removing the App from your device.
Third-Party Services
If analytics or crash reporting tools are enabled, they will be disclosed here with opt-out instructions before App Store release.
